Belif’s failure to exercise or enforce any provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. Should any part of the Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The Terms comprise the entire agreement between you and Belif and supersede any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.
